Things that you can do:

• Visit our Thrift Shop. Come in to shop or volunteer to work at the shop.

• Take donations of clean, usable items to the Thrift Shop or call
  (386)774-0083 for pick-up of your donations.
  
  
• Pray that those now living in substandard dwellings in our five-area community may come to know about the work S.W. Volusia Habitat does; that people will open their hearts and extend helping hands in actual labor and/or in giving tax-deductible donations; that the Family Selection committee members study applications carefully and arrive at just decisions.
  
  
• Encourage your church or synagogue to join us by becoming a covenant partner; by getting a group to work on the construction of a house; by becoming a sponsor of a house.
  
  
• Work on a house. You do not need home-building skills. There is always some friendly, building-experienced person on hand to guide you.
